As a member of Antzill.com, you have been given the opportunity to beta test new games and site features. Your participation as a beta tester is subject to the following terms and conditions.

(1) As a beta tester, you are invited to play beta games for the sole purpose of evaluating the games and identifying errors/bugs. You may not exploit any such errors/bugs and you are expected to report the same in the feedback section. Nothing in this Agreement, or on this site, shall be construed as granting you any rights or privileges of any kind with respect to the beta games or content that you find here. The beta games are provided for testing on an "as is" "as available" basis and we make no warranty to you of any kind, express or implied.

(2) When playing some beta games or linking to a hardcore game account or café gaming account, you may accumulate points (cookie points), challenge scores or other value or status indicators. This data may be reset at any time during the testing process, and it may be reset when the particular game or the website completes this testing phase. In this case, all player history and data, including game points, treasure, experience points and equipment, may be erased and each player will return to novice status.

(3) By selecting a "Play" button to start a beta game or by linking to hardcore game account/ café gaming account, you agree that: (i) playing beta games is at your own risk and that you know that the games may include known or unknown bugs, (ii) any value or status indicators that you achieve through game play may be erased at any time, (iii) Antzill.com has no obligation to make these games available for play without charge for any period of time, nor to make them available at all, (iv) these games may be available only by subscription once the testing process is complete or at any time in the future; (v) Antzill.com's Terms of Service apply to your use of the games during the testing phase.

We grant you the right to use the Site subject to the terms and conditions of service and use ("Terms of Service". “Terms” ) set forth below. Please read these Terms of Service carefully. 1. Legal Agreement

Sify is the owner of the Site and Service. This is a legal agreement between you ("you", "your", "Antzill.com Member") and Sify. Use of the Site or Service is subject to this Agreement at ALL times without exception and signifies your acceptance of and complete agreement to the Terms of Service. You represent that you have the capacity to enter into this agreement.

Your use of the Site is subject at all times to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Any content, including but not limited to user identities, created on the Site or submitted to the Service is governed by these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, proper in-game and out of game conduct.

Sify recommends that all users periodically review these Terms since Antzill.com is a live and evolving community. Sify reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to revise, amend, change, add to, delete, or update these terms and the Service, effective with or without prior notice by publishing the revised or updated Agreement on our website at www.antzill.com. The revised or updated Agreement is effective upon publication and your continued use of the Site and the Service following notice and publication of the revised or updated Agreement on the site will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with these revised or updated Terms, you are obligated to stop using the site

2. Service Access Conditions
Access and use of the Service is reserved for people over the age of majority. The age of majority is defined as 18 years of age. Below 18 years of age is termed as minor
In the event that the user is a minor, user states and recognises that he/she has received prior authorization from their parent(s) or guardian(s) to subscribe to and use the Service. The parents or guardians have agreed to guarantee that the user respects all the requirement of these General Terms of service. The parents or guardians are advised to monitor the use made by their charges of the access to the Service and bear in mind that the Service has been designed for a broad cross-section of the public. 3. Account Creation

3.1 Antzill.com Casual Gaming Section can be used without registering with Antzill.com. However if you wish to enter competitions, submit a game score, accumulate points as the case may be ( in some games there might be no points accumulation), get listed in the leader board or benefit from other facilities, you will need to register.
3.2 When creating a user identity ("User ID", "account") by completing and submitting the Antzill.com registration form, you represent that you have reviewed, understand, and are in full compliance with the Terms. You must also provide truthful and accurate information in the profile page and be who you claim to be. If you are a minor, your parent(s) or guardian(s) must preside over your registration process and/or complete the registration process for you, in which case they will take full responsibility for all obligations under this Agreement and are completely liable for all activities conducted through the Account by you or any other party, whether authorized by the registered user or not.
3.3 During the registration process, you must select login information ("Login Information") comprised of a unique login name ("User ID," "account name") and a secure password ("password"). You would also be required to choose a Nickname. Sify. advises members not to use your real name as your Nickname. All other personal details can be entered subsequently.
3.4 While you would access the site through your User Id, you are advised to use your Nickname for any communication within the site
3.5 As creator of your User ID, you are completely responsible for your identity and Sify will not tolerate offensive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate user identities. If a User ID violates any part of these Terms, determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Sify/Antzill.com Support Staff, we may immediately, temporarily, or permanently ban such a User ID from the Site or Service, with or without notice or prior warning.
3.6 You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

3.8 By registering as a member of Antzill.com, you agree that Antzill.com may display your Nickname, avatar, your Antzill.com statistics, profile and competition records.
3.9 We reserve the right to change a Nickname, refuse registration or to suspend the registration of members who have already registered where we believe or become aware that any of the information provided by you is inaccurate, incomplete or uses offensive terms or expressions.


4. Account Security

4.1 You, as the registered user of an account, are ultimately and completely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login information and computer system used to access the Site or Service.
4.2 Further, you are solely responsible and liable for any and all uses of your Login Information, whether authorized by you or not.
4.3 You may not directly or indirectly reveal your password to anyone for any reason at any time or allow anyone else to access the account.
4.4 Sharing, trading, swapping, selling, buying, bartering, or otherwise distributing accounts or account/Login Information is strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary action up to and possibly including service termination at the sole and absolute discretion of our Antzill.com support staff.
4.5 Sify will NEVER ask for your account password and you should NEVER reveal it, EVER; even when contacting us about an account issue.
4.6 When creating a User ID, you agree to indemnify and hold Sify and its affiliates harmless for any improper use of such identity including, but not limited to, improper or illegal use by someone to whom you have revealed your password in any way. Sify is not responsible for any misuse of your User ID, whether such misuse is by you or by third parties. When interacting in any online community we strongly recommend that all players think before they click and engage in safe internet practices at all times.
4.7 If you discover that the confidentiality of your account Login Information may have been compromised, you are required to immediately and truthfully report this to Sify as soon as possible by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . We may coordinate with proper investigating authorities to hold individuals perpetrating online crimes accountable for their actions, including those who submit fraudulent or false reports.

5. Content and Ownership

5.1 Content on Antzill.com include content created by us, our licensors, our partners and may also include content created by our members.
5.2 All materials published on our sites, including but not limited to logos, games,   titles, service marks, themes, objects, avatars, characters, character names, stories, dialog, catch phrases, locations, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, text, graphics, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and any related documentation are owned by Sify. or our licensors or our partners.
5.3 Except as otherwise provided herein, you may not reproduce, perform, create derivative works from, republish, upload, edit, post, transmit, or distribute in any way whatsoever, any articles, opinions, photographs, images, video, audio, advertising, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, computer code or any other intellectual property (collectively the "Materials") from the Antzill.com without the prior written permission of the owner of the property.
5.4 All software used on this site is the property of Sify or its software suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws throughout the world.
5.5 Any modification of the Materials, or any portion thereof, or use of the Materials for any other purpose constitutes an infringement of Sify's (and/or its licensors and/or partners') copyrights and other proprietary rights.
5.6 Use of the Materials on any other Web site or other networked computer environment is prohibited without prior written permission from Sify.
5.7 Antzill.com does not claim ownership in materials that you submit to Antzill.com, but by submitting materials you grant Antzill.com a perpetual, royalty-free licence to copy, reproduce, adapt, edit and publish the same. You are solely responsible for all materials, whether publicly posted or privately submitted, that you upload, post, transmit, email or otherwise make available on Antzill.com (“User Content”). You certify that you own all the intellectual property rights for User Content

6. Your Conduct on Our Sites

All Antzill.com Members have to adhere to these Terms at ALL times without exception when interacting with any part of the Site or Service. You must observe these Terms, all applicable laws and also basic rules of etiquette, common courtesy, and common sense when using the Site. Any conduct that violates the law in an offline, real world community is also a violation of these Terms. Sify. will not tolerate any illegal conduct and will cooperate with law enforcement for such behavior.

Sify may take any actions and impose any penalties we deem necessary to discourage and punish any violation of these Terms or any other illegal or inappropriate conduct, all without prior notice or warning. The determinations as to whether a violation has occurred and who is responsible for such act are solely within Sify's discretion, and are based on what we deem best for the community. By using the Site, you agree that you will be bound by Sify's determination as to whether a violation has occurred and any penalty we choose to implement.

As with any community, you will encounter many different participants with different backgrounds, experiences, and tolerance thresholds. The following “Rules of Conduct” have been drafted to ensure that the Antzill.com community is fun and safe for the greater majority of our Members.

6.1 You may not modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based upon any part of the Antzill.com site, the Service, any associated game, or Antzill.com code without express written permission from Sify.
6.2 You may not impersonate any Sify employee or Sify., our Licensors, our partners or theirs respective employees, past or present including, but not limited to, support personnel
6.3 You may not use any unlawful, threatening, abusive, obscene, harmful, defamatory, vulgar, harassing, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable language toward any other player, in any language as deemed inappropriate by support personnel.
6.4 You may not use Antzill.com for transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any applicable laws, regulations or code of practice
6.5 You may not use Antzill.com for interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of Antzill.com
6.6 You may not use Antzill.com for making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner
6.7 You may not use Antzill.com for publishing or transmitting any material that contains or may contain viruses or any other computer code, corrupt files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality or disrupt software, hardware, telecommunications, networks, servers or other equipment; or for sending 'spam', chain letters, junk mail, solicitations (commercial or non-commercial) or bulk communications of any kind unless the recipient has given specific permission to be included in such a list
6.8 You may not organize or participate in any player association or group which is based on, or espouses any, racist, sexist, anti-religious, anti-ethnic, or other hatemongering philosophies. You may not organize or participate in any player association which habitually violates the Antzill.com Terms of Service and/or Game/Forum policies.
6.9 You may not market, promote, advertise, or solicit (including multi-level marketing and chain letters) through the Antzill.com Service or Antzill.com Site. This covers any type of virtual assets available on or through Antzill.com as well as other online games and any real world items.
6.10 You may not directly or indirectly encourage, incite, or direct other Antzill.com Members to violate the Antzill.com Terms of Service, Rules of Conduct, or any applicable real world laws.
6.11 You may not use the Antzill.com Service or Site for any illegal purpose. You may not arrange for the exchange or transfer of any pirated/unlicensed software or other contraband while you are using the Antzill.com Service or Antzill.com Site
6.12 You may not post on Antzill.com Site website addresses ("URL") of and/ or provide links to any sites which contain illegal/sexual material, content which could harm or disrupt another user's personal network, computer, and/or content which violates the Terms of Service
6.13 You may not exploit any bug, feature, or design within any Antzill.com product or Service. You may not intentionally use and/or share such information, real or fictitious, regardless of intent, or if it grants an unfair advantage. You may not directly or indirectly communicate the existence of such exploit/bug to another user of the Antzill.com Service. 6.14 You may not use, create, play, or provide any server emulation, or Service where Antzill.com/Licensors/Partners products or Services may be played. You may not communicate, solicit, use or otherwise distribute any utilities, emulators, applications, or other programs/software related to Antzill.com that does not have the express written permission of Sify, Inc. to be used with the Service.
6.15 You may not attempt to interfere with, hack, or otherwise decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Antzill.com Service nor its providers
6.16 If you encounter any conduct or user submitted content on the Site or Service which is in violation of Antzill.com Terms, it is your duty and responsibility as an Antzill.com Member to report said action to us as we cannot and do not prescreen all forms of communication in the community. We reserve the exclusive right to remove, edit, alter, modify, delete, or otherwise change any Member submitted content that is deemed not appropriate for the Site, Service, or objectionable to us for any reason at any time. This action is in our sole and absolute discretion.

7. Casual Games ( Click and Play Games )

7.1 Sify.  provides arcade style games, puzzles, quizzes/trivia ('Games') for members and visitors to play.
7.2 While Sify. tries to ensure its Games on Antzill.com are playable, safe, error-free and of high quality, it does not make any warranties or guarantees in relation to the accuracy, content, suitability or fitness for purpose. If Antzill.com Support Team is informed of any inaccuracies in our Games on Antzill.com we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can.
7.3 Sify. reserves the right to cancel or suspend a Game should a virus, bug or worm be discovered or there is a communications or server failure or for any other reason the Company thinks relevant.
7.4 All Games will be subject to these Terms as well as Game specific terms, if any and rules of play which may/will be attached to each Game. By playing the game, the user agrees to accept these terms.
7.5 Sify. reserves the right to alter Game terms or rules at its complete discretion and its decisions over disputes and complaints will be final.

8. Hardcore Games ( Link and Play )

8.1 While all the games in this section comes under the category of Massively Multiplayer Online Games (MMOG) which are either published/distributed by Sify. or its partners, these games can be played irrespective of being a member of Antzill.com.
8.2 Antzill.com provides an opportunity for the user to link his/her respective Antzill.com partnered MMOG account and accumulate points on his/her Antzill.com account based on the parameters mentioned in respective individual game section
8.3 In some games, this might involve linking to the respective game database depending on the extent of partnership with each game partner
8.4 User may wish not to link his MMOG account with Antzill.com account and still continue playing the game on the respective game server(s).
8.5 Your use of these games is subject to the terms that is posted on respective official game site

9. Contest, Competitions and Events

9.1 Sify. will from time to time hold/conduct competitions and sweepstakes on Antzill.com which members may enter in order to try to win points/ prizes provided by Antzill.com, partners or related third parties.
9.2 All competitions will have separate terms and conditions and we reserve the right to amend these at any time. If a member enters a competition, they will be subject to the rules of that competition. Antzill.com Support team’s decisions over disputes and complaints will be final.
9.3 We reserve the right to remove a competition from Antzill.com at any time and without liability to a member should any of the Games develop a bug, worm, or virus, or for any other reason that we may deem necessary.
9.4 Prizes/Items offered in competitions are not guaranteed by the Company as they are provided mainly by other parties. The Company will use all reasonable means to ensure that prizes won are delivered to winners, but where the provision of prizes/items is deemed by the Company to be uneconomic or impractical, the Company may substitute them at its complete discretion.
9.5 Competition rules may prevent certain members from entering or claiming prizes.
9.6 Prizes for some competitions may vary according to the number of entrants. Where the number of entrants falls below the minimum set by the Company, the competition may be cancelled or the prize withdrawn or reduced.
9.7 Results and winners of competitions will be posted on the Game site shortly after completion. Where prizes are substantial, the Company reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the scores to ensure that they have all been fairly achieved.
9.8 Where prizes are substantial, competition rules may require that winners allow their personal details to be used by the Company or associated sponsors and third parties for publicising the event and subsequent advertising and promotion.
9.9 Cheating in competitions, games and quizzes will not be tolerated by the Company. Any member suspected of cheating may have their registration suspended or terminated and any points accumulated removed.
9.10 Upon discovery of faulty code that permits one player to accumulate more points than another, Antzill.com reserves the right to reset all player scores back to zero.
9.11 The Company will make reasonable endeavors to record all scores or points accumulated by a member. In the event that scores or points are lost and cannot be recovered, the Company shall not be held liable for such loss(es).

11 Earning Points

11.1. The earning and accumulation of points is only for registered member of Antzill.com There is no backdating of enrollment to obtain points before the registration process
11.2. Points can be accumulated by playing games on Antzill.com, by linking to a published/distributed/partnered MMOG or Café account and game play in that category as per the set parameters, by winning a competition/contest/event.
11.3. Points may not be accumulated in the casual section/Hardcore section/Café gaming section in case of any disconnection, error or any reason. In such cases, user shall not be awarded with any compensation
11.4 Currently these points are known as "Cookie Points," but it may be given a different name at a later date
11.5 These points are virtual points and do not carry commercial value. Trading, Exchanging, Sharing of these points is not allowed. Any such attempt shall result in penalty, which shall include, but not limited to, disqualification of part of or complete points.
11.6 Each of these points come with an expiry period and the same has to be redeemed within the expiry period. No request to utilize points post expiry of the points shall be entertained
11.7 Use of Points for any purposes other than as authorized on the Site, whether online or offline is a violation of these Terms. You agree that Sify has the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate the points as it sees fit in its sole discretion, and that Sify will have no liability to you based on its exercise of such right
11.8 All points are to be earned only through the means mentioned under each section. If any points are earned from any other means other than the stated ones, then those points would be disqualified.



12. Redemption Program

The Antzill.com Redemption program is a service of Sify. This program is provided for the members of Antzill.com. All members of this web site agree that their access to and use of this web site are subject to the Terms. Any access is undertaken at the user's own risk. These terms may change without prior notice.

12.1 Redemption Eligibility :

12.1.1 The Antzill.com Redemption Program is open to legal residents of India who already have a connection to the Internet and an e-mail account.
12.1.2 Eligibility for Redemption is limited to registered users of Antzill.com. Points earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed. No credit, carryover, transfer or redemption of Cookie Points is available after eligibility is severed.
12.1.3 Employees, officers, and directors of Sify, along with its affiliated entities/partners, parent, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate or receive prizes.

12.2 Redemption of Points :

12.2.1. Any Cookie Points not redeemed before the expiry date will henceforth expire and cannot be used in the Redemption Program.
12.2.2The Cookie Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Cookie Points to another Antzill.com member. Cookie Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.
12.2.3. When you have obtained sufficient Cookie Points, you may redeem them for prizes/items that are displayed in our redemption section
12.2.4  Specific prizes/items are subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.

12.3 Termination of Redemption Program :

12.3.1. Sify reserves the right to terminate the Redemption Program at any time without any prior notice to you.
12.3.2. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
12.3.3 All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms of the program will be resolved by us at our sole discretion.

13. International Use

13.1 We make no promise that content/materials on Antzill.com are appropriate or available for use in locations outside India, and accessing Antzill.com from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited.
13.2 If you choose to access this site from locations outside India, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

14. Termination

14.1 Your user id may be deactivated if you do not use it within six months after the date it was created or for any continuous period of six months after creation. Sify. may remove and delete user id in its sole discretion

15. System Requirements
15.1 It is our effort to provide high quality games. This entails the use of hardware, software and internet access. By using the Site, you acknowledge that hardware, software and internet access play a crucial role in your user experience. You agree that Sify. is not responsible for any hardware, software or internet access or unavailability issues and you agree to hold Sify harmless for any such issues.

15.2 You are solely and completely responsible for the cost of all telephone and Internet access charges along with all necessary equipment, servicing, repair or correction incurred in maintaining connectivity to the Site or Service.

16. Server Outages
16.1. There will be regular periods of server maintenance as well as spot maintenance, usually coinciding with a new game or new service. Sify. will do its best to limit server down time. However, Sify. is not liable for any loss of usage or data experienced as a result of maintenance or other down times and you agree to hold Sify. harmless for any such loss.

16.2. Sify. will not be responsible for a user's inability to access paid services during server maintenance.

16.3 Sify. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside the reasonable control of Sify., including without limitation any failure to perform hereunder due to unforeseen circumstances or cause beyond Sify.’s control such as acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.

16.4. Further, we cannot and do not promise or ensure that you will be able to access your Account whenever you want, and there may be extended periods of time when you cannot access your Account.
16.5. You assume the entire risk as to the results and performance of the Software and the Game in connection with your hardware and software, and you assume the entire cost of all servicing, repair and/or correction of your hardware and software.

17 Limitations on Warranty and Liability

17.1 We do not warrant that our sites and services , our licensor/partner sites and services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free.
17.2 Our sites and their content are distributed on an “As is, as available” basis. Any material that you download or otherwise obtain through our site is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any potential damages to your computer system or loss of data that results from your download of any such material
17.3 We will not be responsible for the acts or omissions of any other members of Antzill.com, third party service or prize fulfilment providers, nor for any content provided on the site by any of them.
17.4 Antzill.com provides content from licensors, partners, other internet sites or resources, members and third parties. While the Company tries to ensure that material included on Antzill.com is correct, reputable and of high quality, it does not make any warranties or guarantees in relation to that content. If the Company is informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Site we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can
17.5 Neither Sify. nor its licensors, partners or affiliates shall be liable in any way for damage or loss of any kind resulting from (a) the use of or inability to use the service including without limitation loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction; (b) the loss or damage to player characters, accounts, statistics, inventories, user profile information stored by published/distributed/partnered games; or (c) interruptions of service including without limitation ISP disruptions, software or hardware failures or any other event which may result in a loss of data or disruption of service. In no event will Sify. be liable to you or anyone else for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages.

18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sify., its licensors, partners and its affiliates from and against any claim, loss, expense or damage resulting from or arising out of your failure to comply with these terms or any illegal action or inappropriate conduct by you in connection with your use of the Site or visits to the Site.

Arbitration

We may be required under any legislation, to notify you of certain events. You hereby acknowledge and consent that such notices will be effective upon our posting them on our sites or delivering them to you through e-mail. You may update your e-mail address by visiting the Services where you have provided contact information. If you do not provide us with accurate information, we cannot be held liable if we fail to notify you.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of our sites or these Terms must be filed within one (1) month after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

These Terms, including all terms, conditions, and policies that are incorporated into these terms by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sify. and govern your use of our sites, superseding any prior agreements that you may have with us.

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the parties irrevocably consent to bring any action to enforce these Terms before an arbitration panel or before a court of competent jurisdiction in Chennai, India if seeking interim or preliminary relief or enforcement of an arbitration award.

If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in effect.

Sify. may elect to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our sites by binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Chennai, India and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or we may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Chennai, India, necessary to protect the rights or the property of you or Sify. (or its agents, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors), pending the completion of arbitration.
